US new survey report says that most of the adult are under the obesity—Cause and Solution to obesity

-->High blood pressure, obesity due to increased cholesterol, feeling sluggish or having low energy, constipation, dehydration, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease all these may arrive due to your food habits. Malnutrition, low self-esteem, decreased mental clarity were some of the symptoms for not fitness of your body.
What would be the solution for all the above mentioned problems and what could be cause for it? Is there a single solution for it?
The new survey report of US say that most of the adult are under the obesity which is the lead to the above mentioned disease. All these are due to the fast food diet, but still some of us are fully aware of the health risks of eating fast food. We all agree it’s bad for us, that it makes us fat, ill, unfit and deplete our energy. Still why the hecks do many of us are unable to stop eating fast foods? Eating a fast food diet is like practically suicide.
Researchers at the University Of Minnesota School Of Public Health had surveyed 530 adults about their attitudes were towards the fast foods. They found that the main reasons people eat it anyway are because of the perceived convenience and a dislike for cooking and they also think that fast food is more delicious always and cheaper than healthy home made foods.
It seems that convenience and affordability are more important than health of the people. So the only solution for this would be stop eating fast foods often at least and to have a healthy self prepared foods with more fresh vegetables are good enough to sustain your energy. Also add more fruits in your diet instead of junk foods and oil fried snacks this will surely help you to be fit.
